Yo San graduate with family

ENSURING YOUR LOVED ONE’S SUCCESS

The Parents and Families Program promotes awareness of and involvement in the educational experience for those people who often go unnoticed but create the foundation for success in our students’ lives, you!

Parents and families are an integral part of each student’s YSU experience. This page maintains core content you may find useful while your loved one is enrolled at YSU. We will also update it often with new announcements that we hope will help guide you to helpful resources that will help you be informed about and involved in the academic and living experiences that your student will have during his or her time at YSU.

Services provided our students stem from cooperative efforts from the Offices of Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, and Development & Alumni Relations.

You can be our student’s, your loved one’s, greatest ally in their pursuit of their dreams. Here’s some great ways you can stay informed of happenings here at YSU.

Academic Calendar: Keep updated of all the stressful exam periods and key deadlines to be extra attentive or helpful

Registrar Page and Student Portal: Helping to pay a tuition bill that is coming due.

Commencement 2016: Sunday, April 10th, UCLA Grand Horizon Ballroom, 2:30–3:30 p.m.

Around YSU: Visiting the West LA area, here’s some information on hotels, restaurants, and that short walk to Venice Boardwalk!
