Staying up-to-date with the latest research and adopting policies to keep everyone as safe as possible, Ashley pivoted to virtual services offering wellness packages with contactless delivery of customized herbal formulas.

During closures and quarantines, Ashley further specialized her practice and underwent additional education and training to become an Addictions Recovery Coach. She is currently earning her clinical hours to become a Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CDAC-I) as well.

Blending TCM modalities with the latest in Addiction Medicine, Ashley specializes in Recovery Management using a holistic Strengths-based perspective. She has additional training in Co-Occurring Disorders and Trauma-Informed Care. She believes that mental health awareness and cultural competency are essential skills in the field of healthcare.

Her practice has open arms for all those affected by Substance Use Disorders, but waves a flag especially high for the LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities. These communities have been particularly ravaged by addiction. Ashley passionately believes that access to medical resources, proper nutrition, education, support groups, and harm reduction services must be expanded and made available to all.
